Zimmer Biomet, a leading global medical device manufacturer, needed to reimagine the identiy of their ZB Academy brand. This internal sales academy was established to improve the performance of the Zimmer Biomet sales force by exploring the connection between cognitive and emotional intelligence, emphasizing a focus on critical thinking, problem solving and relationship building.

The ZQ brand was created by combining the concept of IQ and EQ. We designed a modern and engaging logo leveraging Zimmer Biomet’s complimentary brand colors.
The results.
A new identity for Zimmer Biomet’s internal sales academy, educating and invigorating individual sales representatives while fostering greater cohesion across the sales team. The striking new ZQ logo stands out distinctly and seamlessly integrates with the broader Zimmer Biomet range.
